These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 98phpark ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 98phpark website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at 98phpark.vip.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 98phpark platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 98phpark reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

2.5 KYC Verification. 98phpark may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth card, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98phpark account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify 98phpark immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 98phpark account, whether or not authorized by you. 98phpark shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your 98phpark account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account to access the platform or place wagers on your behalf.

3.4 Account Dormancy. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 98phpark reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as communicated to players via registered contact details.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 98phpark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 98phpark does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 98phpark wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. 98phpark is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 98phpark aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. 98phpark reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 98phpark is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 98phpark reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 98phpark are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 98phpark account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 98phpark reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions offered by 98phpark are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted based on account status, location, or other criteria as determined by 98phpark.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 98phpark platform are subject to acceptance by 98phpark. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. 98phpark reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 98phpark reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid. 98phpark's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 98phpark platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 98phpark at any time.

6.4 Game Rules. Each game category available on 98phpark — including slots, live casino, bingo, virtual sports, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98phpark platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

7.1 Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.

8.1 All content on the 98phpark platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of 98phpark or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 98phpark platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 98phpark.

8.3 The 98phpark name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 98phpark. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98phpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2 98phpark does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.3 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 98phpark's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98phpark account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 You may close your 98phpark account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 98phpark's customer support team for resolution. 98phpark aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.1 98phpark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 98phpark will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the 98phpark platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
